Dream N'Dean

I grew up in the little town of Saratoga, California. I was the second of five kids and the oldest boy.  We lived next to a cherry orchard that was torn down to build a school.

I attended Lynbrook High School, graduating in 1971 and went on to San Jose State on a wrestling scholarship. Upon completing my eligibility, I dropped out of college without graduating. I married my wife, Susan, in 1977 and we had our first child, Sarah, in 1979; and our second, Kyle in 1988. I;m very proud of both children and my wife. Sarah recently completed her master's degree at San Jose State and Kyle is a second year engineering student at West Valley College. Sarah has a six year old daughter who we spend a lot of time with. Sarah just got married this past September.  For ten years, my primary occupation was a bicycle mechanic,bike shop manager, but in 1983 my boss did me a favor and sold the shop. I ended up working for a small fire sprinkler company and worked in that business for the next twenty years. During that time I began to develop several annoying symptoms and in 1995 was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. With medication I was able to work 8 more years, moving to an office job in 2000, I became the vicyim of the dot-com bust in 2003 and applied for SSDI at that time and that's where I am at now.
